Step, turn. Arm sweeps moon.
Waltz across floor: up, down, down, up.
Small prances, large leaps.

Candy colored homes.
Families walking, children playing,
dappled sun; all’s right.

Practice pirouettes,
Quarter turn, half turn, full turn.
Now, about spotting …

Glimpse the sun’s last rays
as we start our evening run.
First hint of spring’s approach.

Pale green lichen puffs
drift along branches, catch sunshine.
Quiet midday hike.

Kick, lunge, jump, twirl, swish.
Aqua Zumba, full of laughs.
Water calms the mind.
